**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in water damage restoration, mold remediation, fire restoration, and carpet cleaning. If you are proficient with power tools and hand tools and have a passion for restoring and cleaning damaged properties, we want to hear from you.
**Duties:**
- Perform water damage restoration tasks including extraction, drying, and cleanup
- Conduct mold remediation procedures to ensure safe removal
- Execute fire restoration processes to restore properties to pre-loss conditions
- Handle asbestos abatement following safety protocols
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to build, restore, and clean damaged areas
- Perform carpet cleaning services as needed
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in water damage restoration, mold remediation, fire restoration, and carpet cleaning
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for restoration tasks
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality of work
- Certification in restoration services is a plus
